Garanoir

Resulting from a cross between Gamay and Reichensteiner, this typically Swiss grape variety makes it possible to obtain a well-structured wine, with a deep color and aromas of undergrowth, with a beautiful complexity. Round tannins and a relatively low acidity give a soft and silky attack on the palate to assert its character in a second step. Ideal to accompany red meats.
