Gamaret aged in barrels

A one-year vinification in new oak barrels gives it an additional harmony and tannic complexity that make it a “Grand”. Maturing very quickly, it can be kept for no more than 10 years. It will find its place during festive meals around meat on slate or other racy pieces.
