Doral "mid-sweet"

Resulting from a cross between Chasselas and Chardonnay, this grape variety expresses itself ideally in Dolle.
To allow it to transmit the maximum of its potential, it is vinified without malolactic fermentation (2nd fermentation transforming malic acid into lactic acid) and preserving a residual sugar. It can thus transmit its primary aromas in a balance of vivacity and roundness. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a desert!
